  • One-time pet fee: $400 per pet (non-refundable). 
  • Monthly pet rent:  $25 per pet per month.

  • Yes, Alexander Park is 100% smoke-free
  • No smoking is allowed inside buildings or courtyards
  • Smoking is only permitted at least 25 feet from the buildings

    • Government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID – must be valid)
    • Proof of income for the 28 days (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly paystubs preferred or three recent months of banks statements.  Other additional documents are accepted – contact the office for more information.)
  • Application processing takes 24–72 hours, depending on background verification.
